Kim Rasmussen announced today the squad of 18 players for the EHF EURO 2018 in France. The Danish head coach of Hungary cannot rely on Zsuzsanna Tomori, Anett Kisfaludy (injured) meanwhile Klára Szekeres and Dóra Hornyák are pregnant. Zita Szucsanszki takes a break from handball.

Hungary will participate at Møbelringe Cup (Montbelliard) in Norway in two weeks, at the EURO they are in Group C with Netherlands, Spain, and Croatia.

The squad:

Goalkeepers: Blanka Bíró(FTC Rail Cargo Hungaria), Éva Kiss (Győri Audi ETO KC), Kinga Janurik (ÉRD)

Rightwingers: Adrienn Orbán (Kisvárda), Viktória Lukács (FTC Rail Cargo Hungaria)

Rightbacks: Anna Kovács (DVSC), Nikoletta Kiss (ÉRD), Szimonetta Planéta (Chambray Touraine)

Playmakers: Anikó Kovacsics (FTC Rail Cargo Hungaria), Barbara Bognár-Pálos (Budaörs), Gabriella Tóth (ÉRD)

Leftbacks: Noémi Héfra (FTC Rail Cargo Hungaria), Kinga Klivinyi (FTC Rail Cargo Hungaria)

Leftwings: Nadine Schatzl ( FTC Rail Cargo Hungaria), Anita Kazai (DKKA)

Lineplayers: Rea Mészáros (FTC Rail Cargo Hungaria), Laura Szabó (ÉRD), Petra Tóvizi (DVSC)
