Uros Bregar has announced his squad for the EHF EURO 2018 in France, surprisingly Barbara Lazovic (CSM Bucuresti) cannot be found in the best sixteen players. Alja Koren is injured. Elisabeth Omoregie was not nominated to the 28 players squad.

Slovenia is assigned to the group B (Nancy) with France, Russia and Montenegro,

Goalkeepers: Amra Pandžić, Maja Vojnović (Krim Mercator), Branka Zec (Bayer Leverkusen)

Leftwings: Ines Amon, Polona Barič, Tamara Mavsar (all Krim Mercator)

Rightwings: Živa Čopi (Krka), Jasmina Pišek (Z’Dežele Celje)

Ana Abina, Tjaša Stanko, Hana Vučko, Nina Zulić, Nina Žabjek (all Krim Mercator), Nives Ahlin, Lea Kranjc (both  Zagorje), Teja Ferfolja (PAOK Thessaloniki), Ana Gros (Brest Bretagne), Eleonora Kodele (Z’Dežele Celje)

Taja Čajko (Mlinotest Ajdovščina), Lina Krhlikar (Göpppingen).
