The head coach of Netherlands national handball team has a difficult task when she has to choose the squad for the EHF EURO 2018 as this season she lost two line players: Yvette Broch (Gyor) stopped her handball career in August and Danick Snelder (FTC) is injured and has to drop the Europeans. These are two of the best line players in the world, so even if only one of them is not available, it would be a reason for every team to suffer and struggle without them.

Goalkeepers: Tess Wester (Odense HC), Rinka Dujindam (Borussia Dortmund)

Leftwings:  Martine Smeets (Molde),

Leftbacks:  Lois Abbingh (Rostov Don), Estevana Polman (Team Esbjerg), Kelly Dulfer (København), Jessie Krammer (Toulon)

Centerbacks:  Nycke Groot (Gyori Audi ETO KC), Lynn Knippenborg (TTH), Delaila Amega (Metzingen)

Rightbacks: Laura Van der Heijden (Bietigheim), Charris Rozemalen (Bietigheim), Dione Housheer (Nykobing )

Rightwings: Debbie Bont (København), Angela Malestein (Bietigheim)
