EHF EURO 2018
Main Round, Group I
Denmark replaced Nadia Offendal before the match with team captain Stine Jørgensen.
France got into the fever of the EURO slowly, but now when the fourth game is played and they already in the Main Round, the girls of Olivier Krumbholz are playing handball with an extra gear. Denmark got to experience this on their own body when in the first half an unstoppable Nze Minko and Zaadi got through the Danish defense at any times and Leynaud was heard to overcome in the French goal. The Danes struggled in the attack and their goalkeepers were weak. Halftime: 11 – 17.
Denmark had no chance in the second half either as France increased the lead and ran over the Danes without any opposition. Huge victory for France:
Denmark – France 23 – 29 (11 – 17)
