Topscorers: Joan Cannelas (ESP) 5goalss and Haniel Langaro-Raul Nantes (BRA) 4 goals each

Group II, Main Round

Herning, Jyske Bank Boxen

Norway needed a victory in this game in order to stay in the race for the semifinals, Sweden was unbeaten until this game. The match started better for Norway, but Sweden fought and the first 25 minutes brought an even game, but Norway managed to get a three-goal advantage after the first half. In the second half, the team of Christian Berge had a 15-22 advantage also, with a fantastic performance from leftwinger Magnus Jøndal, scoring 11 goals. At the end, Norway managed to win the game 27-30.

Sweden –  Norway 27 –  30 (14 –  17)

Referees: Santos, Fonseca (POR)

Topscorers: Hampus Wanne-Andreas Nilsson (SWE) 5 goals each and Magnus Jøndal (NOR) 11(5) goals
