Győri Audi ETO KC –  Vipers Kristiansand 33 – 29 (19 –  14)

  • Sister duel between Kristiansens: Vikki vs. Jeanette
  • Katrine Lunde, Linn J.Sulland had played earlier in Gyor, meanwhile Kari Brattset and Veronica Kristiansen played earlier in Vipers
  • Vipers started  better, but Gyor with good defense and the even better attack took the lead after ten minutes
  • Anne Mette Hansen and Kari Brattset were unstoppable today
  • Kari Aalvik grimsbø showed her quality in the goal
  • Vipers seemed to be in crisis, nothing working properly for the Norwegians
  • Katrine Lunde stopped some 7 meters, from Groot, Gorbicz and Oftedal and Vipers managed to score some fastbreaks in the last minutes
  • In the second half, Vipers made a good first quarter, reducing the gap to only three goals, 25 – 22, when Danyi called a timeout
  • Gyor kept the distance from their opponents, leading 30-26 four minutes before the end
