DELO Women’s EHF Cahmpions League
First Round
Group B
After a headcoach-change the Romanian team managed to mobilize their energies in the right direction and there were no doubts that they will win the first match in the CL against a strong Danish team. With an amazing Denisa Dedu in the Romanian goal, Esbjerg had problems to find the way to the goal and Andrea Lekic was a true leader for her team, scoring 5 goals. Esbjerg had Polman, Frey and Breistøl, but their efficiency was not enough for more than a loss.
