DELO Women’s EHF Champions League

Round 2

Group D

It was the second game in the group for the title holders and it was as simple as predicted against the rookies of the CL from Banik Most. The young Czech team started the match very nervous in front of a fully crowded home arena the guests took quickly the lead 1-6, 3-13. Despite the effort, Győr is on another level right now for the inexperienced Czechs. At the end, the Hungarian team won the match with a record number of scored goals and at a historic goal-difference.
