On the second day of the EHF EURO 2020 Group B, Group D, and Group F are in action. In the first matches of the day

Group B, Vienna, Trondheim

One of the hosts, Austria opened the EURO with an important victory where there biggest star, Bylik scored 12 goals.

Czech Republic – Austria 29 – 32 (14 – 13)

Topscorers: Hrstka Jakub (CZE) 6 goals and Mykola Bylik (AUT) 12 goals

Group D

The first big surprise of the EHF EURO 2020 is the Portuguese victory against one of the favorites, France. This afternoon in Trondheim Spektrum, Portugal defeated France, taking two important points in the race towards the Main Round.

France – Portugal 25 – 28 (11 – 12)

Topscorers: Dika Men (FRA) 5 goals and Diogo Branquinho (POR) 5 goals

Group F, Goteborg

Slovenia arrived in Sweden with a new headcoah, and the team of Ljubomir Vranjes took an important first step by winning against Poland.

Slovenia – Poland 26 – 23 (13 – 11)

Topscoers: Blaz Blagotinsek, Borut Mackovsek (SLO) 5 goals each and Moryto Arkadiusz (POL) 8 goals
