After losing last week in Metz, Rostov Don kept the two pints home winning against Vipers easily. Rostov played without Vyakhireva, meanwhile, Vipers has Sulland, Hegh-Arntzen, Lunde injured.

CSM Bucuresti has faced one of the biggest fiascos last weekend in Hungary, being defeated by FTC. Romanians needed desperately a victory on their homecourt and despite Metz starting better the game, hosts managed to take the victory.

FTC arrived in Denmark with a confidence boost after the first rounds win against CSM Bucuresti, according to this they started with 0-5 but helped of Granlund in the Danish goal Esbjetg got back into the match, leveled the game before the pause and won the match at the end. Polman, Breistøl and Frey for Esbjerg, Lukacs, Kovacsics, and Schatzl for FTC were the main scorers.
