Tonje Larsen new assistant coach for Norway’s national team

Earlier handball legend from Larvik HK and Norways national team, Tonje Larsen will replace Mia Högdah Hermansson in the coaching team of the Norwegian handball ladies.

After 13 championships and ten medals won together with the team, the Swedish Mia Högdahl Hermansson will take over another job in the Norwegian handball federation, as a coordinator and supervisor of the younger female national teams.

Tonje Larsen after finishing her career as a player has been in the coaching team of Larvik than she took over Flint Tönsberg and was also involved in the young nationals teams coaching. She will help Thorir Hergeirsson in a parttime job, she will continue to work in Tønsberg also as long as the club will find a replacement.

Thorir Hergeirsson has recently extended his contract as headcoach for Norway until 2024.
