Transfer overview 2020/2021 – Team Esbjerg

The Danish champion kept the core of the team together and they reinforced the right-back position with Danish national team player, Mette Tranborg. Before the season started Line Jørgensen announced her pregnancy and Estevana Polman got a bad knee injury which sets her out from the field for the entire season. Somehow weakened Team Esbjerg will need to play more like a team in order to be able to substitute Polman.

Newcomers: Mette Tranborg (Odense Håndbold), Kaja Kamp (TTH Holstebro), Stella Muir (youth team)

Left the club: Clara Monti Danielsson (BV Borussia 09 Dortmund), Rut Jónsdóttir (KA Handball), Lene Østergaard (Randers HK), Pernille Johannsen (SønderjyskE)
