Győr – “away” victory against Dortmund

Due to covicd19 pandemic Győri Audi ETO KC and BV Borussia 09 Dortmund made an agreement that both of their CL matches will be played this week in the Audi Arena Győr.

The first match was the game from this round and the second on Sunday, 8/11 will be from the next CL round of the groups.

In the first match, there were absences from both teams, Győr had to play without Veronica Kristiansen and Csenge Fodor, both in recovery after positive corona-tests 2 weeks ago, meanwhile Anne Mette Hansen is probably injured. Dortmund was missing Delaila Amega-injured, Kelly Dulfer and Inger Smits were also absent due to unknown reasons.

Anita Görbicz has played her first ever CL-game exactly ten years ago against Lublin and back than she also scored 5 goals.

Győr had no problems to win this encounter, the question was only the difference at the end of the game.
