Podravka hosted Rostov Don in the first lef og the eight-finals, after they missed their headcoach some weeks ago, Zlatko Saracevic has dided after a heart-attack. Probably was not easy for the team to stand up and play this game in the CL but they tried to honour their coach.
Rostov was the favorite before the encounter and they showed it winning by nine-goal, difference.
