The South American derbyy ended with a Brazilian victory, France easily defeated Spain, In the third match Germany and Norway had a close fight, but nothing was good enough for Norway, Germany had a more fluent play, good goalkeepers, and won the match clearly.

Bahrain took their first Olympic victory against the hosts, surprising Egypt beats Sweden and Denmark continue to march to the quarterfinals.
