Spain won the bronze medals after a very exciting game, where Egypt was chasing the entire game, but the experience of the Spaniards was decisive in the last five minutes of the game when Dujshebajev and Entrerrios scored the decisive goals.

France – Denmark 25 – 23 (14 – 10)

The Olympic final from Rio 2016 was repeated today, but this time ended with a different outcome. France made an excellent first half, leading 14-0 before the break and even if Denmark managed to fight back in the second half, France kept a slight advantage and in the last half-minute decided the match after a mistake made by Denmark in their last attack in order to try to level the game with seven player and empty goal.
