In this group there are the following teams: Brest Bretagne, Rostov Don, FTC Rail-Cargo Hungaria, Team Esbjerg, CSM Bucuresti, Podravka Vegeta, Buducnost, BV Borussia 09 Dortmund

In the first round last seasons runner up from Brest was defeated in Rostov, Dortmund kept one point hoem against FTC, Podravke won against Buducnost and Team Esbjerg took a slight victory in front of CSM Bucuresti.
