EHF CHAMPIONS LEAGUE MEN

Quarter finals

Lomzs Kielce – Montpellier 30-22 (15 – 8)

Referees: Marin, Garcia ( ESP)

Topscorers: Karalek 7, Tournat 4, Moryto 4, Nahi 4, (Kielce) and Bos 7, Simonet 3, Descat 3, Panic 3 (Montpellier)

In the first match played away in Montpelier Kielce managed to get a solid victory and they were a step ahead their opponent before the second leg.

In the second game played in Poland in front of a fully crowded home arena Kielce never left any doubts about who will win the match and earn the ticket for the Final4. Andreas Wold made an amazing game in the Polish goal, with a 48% saving rate or Alex Dujsebajev shows his best skills by feeding Karalek with balls until the line player scored seven goals.

On the other side the French team seemed to be clueless and struggled against a more complet team.

Kielce will now participate in the EHF FINAL4 for the fifth time
